From the moment we arrived to when we departed, the stay was one of the best we have had. Virginia at the desk was welcoming, warm and friendly. The community areas are spotless clean and the morning buffet was clean, food was hot and good quality with choices for everyone. Our room was impressive. The bed was comfortable and clean. Kudos to the staff who keep the hotel spotless; Aleah and Katie. Overall experience (first time staying at a Springhill Suites hotel) was top knotch. The room had amenities like no other room (at this price point) has ever had. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

The 1st day was eggs and pre-packaged sausage biscuits. I would rather have separate biscuits and maybe bacon too. Maybe it got better on Monday morning. I didn't bother to wake up early to find out.

The pre made sausage was okay but i would like to have other meat options. Maybe have biscuits separate and bacon. No fruit was available that i saw. I'm not sure if you do this normally or because you expected a full hotel and you felt it was cheaper and more convenient for you.
