I was disappointed to find the hotel in such poor condition. It was very dirty everywhere, with dusty floors in the halls, lobby, and rooms, and stained bed sheets. Honestly, it was quite disgusting. The breakfast was passable, but the tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and there was a mess of food containers all around. The property definitely needs upgrades or, at the very least, a deep cleaning. The price is too high for the level of room and service provided.

Only 3 ADA parking Spots for entire Facility. All occupied, some with out Proper Plaquard. Internet went out night one on certain devices, not to be tegained by end of stay. Hotel employee explined that as a Franchise, the hotel and its employees have no connection with internet provider or service, therefore can not do anything for a patrons loss of service. I suggested they shouldnt advertise an ammenity that they can not guarantee. This after changing room accommodations to a differt bed set up because sofa bed was stuck. Only one in the hotel I suppose.

Check in was very easy. The room was inadequate. There were no amenities. I had to pay extra for a microwave and refrigerator. The lights on the wall did not work and it was Hair in the shower meaning it was not clean.

It was great for our weekend get away. Kids loved the pool area. It was nice that it was nearby a lot of things. Staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that the AC had a weird clear plastic cover on it preventing the room from actually getting cool so it was grossly hot and opening the window didn’t do much but let all the noise from the freeway in. Would probably stay here again if they could guarantee a working AC.

A little older property but maintained well. Staff was great and friendly. One of the best complimentary breakfasts we’ve had and we’ve stayed at many, many places across the United States. Highly recommend.

Go anywhere else.

I would have rather stayed at a motel 6. At least you know what youre getting there. If thats not your thing stay at the quality inn down the street or the golf course. This place is just horrible. The front desk staff was ok, nice enough... but not very helpful or knowledgeable when it came to any of the issues we faced. They cited needing their manager... they eventually told us the manager is hardly ever in. Just spend your money elsewhere.
