The staff here were very helpful and attentive. Our door lock was hard to tell if it was really open or locked but it was ok once we were used to it. Breakfast had many options.

Do not stay here. Room was missing soap, dirty towel left in room. Really old, outdated room. Did not feel cleaned. Paid for upgraded room, I’m not sure what we got, felt like downgraded room. If that was an upgraded room, then the regular rooms must be really rough. Left earlier than planned cause we couldn’t stay another night. Rooms right next to elevator are loud with people and noise. Light beams in under the door from elevator lobby that you think the lights are on. Brought to attention of staff and gal just shrugged. I asked if I was given the upgraded room and she clicked some buttons and said she didn’t know.

Room was fine. Pool and spa were working and clean..it’s the first thing I check. Front desk was friendly and working hard at multiple things…but had trouble with checking in as I was charged 3 times. I brought it to their attention and was told manager would call me but never did. Left without getting it resolved.

Nice place to stay when traveling on a budget.

Traveling on a budget and this hotel offered a safe and clean place to stay while visiting family in Roseburg. I was able to use the fitness room and take advantage of breakfast each morning. The staff is exceptionally courteous.
