Riverside comfort

This is a charming little Inn right on the river. All the rooms have a little balcony with chairs to sit out and enjoy the sound of the river running right there.

Room was nice. Unfortunately when we arrived, the windows were open and it was very hot there. The very basic breakfast is rather poor in tiny lobby room, you can take it to your rom.

Check in was absolutely a nightmare. Refused to let us check into our room because it was not ready when it was supposed to be. Refused to let us swap to another room because that would be an “upgrade” to the other customer even though I would already paid for the upgrade. I just needed a room to get ready for a wedding. They finally gave in and let us go into our room that just needed bedding. It wasn’t cleaned at all but I was ok with that or we would have been late to the wedding we just drove 4 hours to get to. The room was serviced while we were out. The floors were filthy. Our feet turned black! There is a utility pipe for a “closet” and a luggage rack. Toilet was not ADA so if you have difficulties getting off low toilets avoid. The garden is nice but be prepared the pictures online are deceitful. The pool is not as big as the picture represents and the parking is a nightmare. I also didn’t feel safe leaving any thing in my car. I was worried about my car. Breakfast was virtually non-existent. Bagel, mini muffin, boiled egg, coffee, tea (was out of creamer by 8), yogurt. Would not recommend and definitely will not stay here again.

Another enjoyable stay at the Riverfront Inn. We received a friendly greeting at check. The hotel is very coveniently located just off I5 so it is ideal for a quick stop when traveling the west coast. The small park like setting behind the Inn is a fantastic place to walk the dog after a long drive. This was a great stop on our way to the Oregon coast.

The pictures portrayed a clean room but, there were many spiderwebs on the ceiling the floor was so dirty that your feet were dark on the bottom, and the shower floor was also dirty. The area didn’t seem the safest, few rundown buildings near by. The people were nice and the breakfast in the lobby had nice options.

A handy stopover

Old style lodge but decent size room. Nice pool and simple but good continental breakfast. River view was opposite side to my room so I faced the road which was busy. Very noisy in the outside swimming pool but other than that a good stay!
