Got the keys to the room walked in saw the condition of the room and reserved a room at a better place. The room was filthy and in major disrepair, used towels and a clear cup of some green liquid in the closet and there were gang bangers hollering at each other in the parking lot and pool area as well as homeless people. Asked for a refund and was told I would be refunded but I am still getting the runaround on getting my money back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The quality inn across the interstate was so much better and worth the little extra.
Spend a little more and get a nice place to sleep.
Room was beat up. Dog poop everywhere, as well as weeds. Poor maintenance. Floor in room was filthy. Place needs an overhaul. Breakfast pathetic. Check in lady was great.

Too many people hanging around being loud and seemed very unsafe.
This place obviously used to be a Days Inn. Some of the signs are peeling off, and there are Days Inn stickers on the doors. It was really noisy, and I felt unsafe. I could be wrong, but I got the impression that people were living here. There were a bunch of people standing outside chatting all night, and I got the impression I was walking through their neighborhood. I thought about going to one of the neighboring hotels instead, but ended up just jamming ear plugs in my ears and trying to ignore the chatter outside my door. I did not feel safe enough to ask them to be quiet.
Dogs parking people being loud but nice staff the rooms were nice but nightstands and lamps were dirty and broken!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The room was very dirty walls were gross flys allover us I even went to buy spray and fly swatter as I was to tired to continue home, blanket had stains so we slept with none . The staff were great the tub was very gross so kids showers did not happen I'm just very upset on the room and the area at night
The room smelled strongly of bleach when I entered. The sink had what looked like vomit, hence the bleach? Bed was comfortable but there was no mattress pad. Door was open upon arrival(closed but unlatched) the couch had rips and one cushion was sunk into couch. Floor was sticky
I staued 4 nights the staff was very helpfull and repaired the bed frame and non slide tub tile. Right away as well as try to help me by trying to get me into the walk in shower ♿️ room if it hadnt been reserved beforehand. Bad was they only had 1 walk in shower room and quite a few homeless in the area.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
We asked a gentleman at the office for towels and never received them. Two of us had to make do with one bath towel and two hand towels. There was quite a party going on with very loud music but we appreciated that it was turned off relatively early. Even though we would not stay there again, we actually got a good nights sleep. Helina, who checked us in, was excellent.
I hate to give bad reviews, but this property is awful! The cleaning is not at all thorough and there wasn’t even soap in the room. They claimed to have a breakfast, but they only had a box of all the donuts and nothing to drink other than coffee. The rooms were overrun with flies. It is literally the worst place I have ever stayed.
The desk person was helpful and nice. Elaina was a sweetheart.
The tv wasn't working properly and she and others reactivated the remote. Elaina helped me order food from door dash. I never did it before.

The bed was very comfortable! The floors were absolutely filthy! The focet on the bathtub had to be worked on TWICE! There were NO CUPS by the coffee machine and only the 1 roll of toilet paper-the roll that was there when I checked in. And I only had 2 bath towels-NO WASH CLOTH & NO MIDDLE SIZED TOWEL!!!!!!
Blood on walls and when I was getting out of bed, the entire bed collapsed… when I told staff about it, he didn’t even offer a reimbursement, I had to ask. Then he only gave me a $20 credit, when I already had used a $15 coupon…. Definitely won’t be staying again. Not to mention my baby was on the bed when it collapsed, thankfully no one was hurt but really?
Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. It is pretty much a homeless camp. Could tell the doors have been kicked in. Cops showed up. Drugs were everywhere.
