My family and I checked in through a hotels.com reservation. The parking lot was dark as was the lobby. The woman at the front desk was kind. Our first room had a dysfunctional smoke detector that forced us to switch rooms. The second room had the overpowering scent of Lysol upon entering the room. Then, my wife pointed out what appeared to be a streak of dried blood on the bathroom door. I grabbed a quick cloth to wipe it off so to not scare my kids. We then grabbed our stuff and left for another hotel in the area. Hotels.com contacted the hotel. Apparently, a worker commented that “the hotel was offended” that we left. The hotel refused a refund. Hotel.com should provide one based on this horrific experience. Avoid.

This is my favorite motel in the area. My family travels to the Lancaster area at least twice a year to go to Sight and Sound Theater. We have stayed at other hotels in the area but this is the best value for the money. It is very clean and the staff is friendly. It is close to everything

Non smoking room however the room smelled like smoke and the smell hits your nose as soon as you open the door , floor didn’t look like it was vacuumed and linen was dirty asked for clean sheets they still have stains, pillow cases were dirty, it’s a dump for sure, looks nice on the outside, don’t be deceived I will not be staying there again. Breakfast was decent but still scared based off the conditions of the room, coffee taste like card board it looked like mud. Will never stay or recommend.

Great place to stay

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for a shower. We travel up and down 95 frequently and plan to stay here again when we travel this way. Great value for the money as well.

Only minor complaint is the bathroom counter and sink extended out too far and was not the most convient to use. Still usable but my wife who is on the shorter side had to tip tow and had some difficulty. Otherwise was a good stay.

The room was quite comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located. However it is starting to show its age as the bed edging was torn, one of the pictures was missing, and the room could use a fresh coat of paint.
