Close to Vatican and restaurants

Great location! The furniture is different than the photos. There is only one couch by the TV that seats 2. There is one couch in the living room upstairs. The beds are very comfortable and fit our family well. Check in was fast but it would be very helpful to have written directions on how to use appliances, toilet flushing, and the TV, as an American traveler who was not familiar. It would also be helpful to have recommended restaurants and transportation tips. Not required but an added touch. Also, there is minimal Space to store toiletries. A cabinet in the master bathroom would be helpful. The curtain rods are fragile so be careful when you close them. The windows provided much needed air and brightness. Very close and walkable. We did not base public transportation.

Vatican Apartment Stay

Great location to the Vatican. There was plenty of space to spread out and hang with the family. Good size refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of closet space and hangers. Nice area we felt very safe.When we checked in the place was dirty and dusty. We had to clean it up. There was no dish soap provided or hand towels we had to buy our own. No cutting board or salt and pepper, but there were plenty of dishes and olive oil. Toilet paper was provided when we checked in but not replenished during the routine cleaning, we had to buy our own. The heaters would turn off and on leaving us cold at nights. Low water pressure in the toilets and had to use a bucket to properly flush them. A hand soap dispenser was provided but was empty and had to buy our own. The worst part was that the bathrooms had a sewage problem. There was a sewage smell that remained all the time in both the bathrooms. It was coming from the shower as well as the bidet. Also, one of the showers would have water seep out and the floor would be really wet. We could of dealt with some of the smaller issues, but the sewage smell was unbearable and it made it hard to stay in the bathrooms very long.
