We loved this place to stay. It was very close to restaurants and the Fountain Trevi. The area comes to life at night. Easy walking distance to the metro and shopping. Would stay again.

The location was convenient, but that also made it very very noisy at night. Our windows didn’t close all the way so it was hard to sleep. The room was not in great condition, but it was clean and very spacious. We were grateful for all the communication with staff, but the man at the desk was not friendly and quite rude to us.

Check-in was hard. No one was at the property to assist until after 9am however states they are there at 8am. They don’t say which floor to go to etc. they can do a lot better for checking details and timing

Great Location and Customer Service

Great spacious clean accommodation in an amazing location to the Trevi Fountain. The team here at amazing and defiantly are all about great customer service. Also can arrange transfers between airports or train stations. Highly recommend to others as the place to stay near the Trevi Foundation or Rome in general. We shall be back next time in Rome.

The stay was okay. Location was superb - around the corner from the Trevi fountain. BUT… the pictures on here bear no resemblance to the apartment we were in. Disappointed by the standard of the property as we were expecting to stay in better accommodation.

Everything was good but things to watch out for: 1) you’ll have to ask for certain items if you want them, like extra bath towels, shampoo, or soap 2) there is no clothes washing machine/dryer on premise.

Great Location and Friendly staff

Quaint, and the staff was very helpful in arranging ship/plane shuttles, and the hotel is very convenient to many street shops/cafes/restaurants, but since it is a mere 40 yards or so from Trevi Fountain it is also kind of noisy. Also, there is no lobby and no one at the desk for many hours of the day and no one at night, so there is no one there to help you should a problem arise.
