infuriating experience

Our experience was dreadful. This is, apparently, one of many sites maintained by an agency--communication was awful and we lost 2 hours of our day checking in. The address of the property did not match the listing. We were made to walk (with an elder) a total of 3 kilometers (from the wrong address to the office, for check-in, and then to the right address, which was on the far side of town and not near the facilities we had mapped out) in sweltering heat with heavy bags. Staff was unsympathetic and dismissive--most infuriating was the total lack of help or regret for their mistakes. At the site, the room was in mediocre cleanliness and the shower was broken.
