bien placé, mais la douche ne fonctionne pas, le chauffage aléatoire, et j'ai du payer des taxes sans justificatifs de 55 euros en arrivant, ce n'est pas correct on ne loue pas dans ces conditions, j'ai du me laver en faisant chauffer de l'eau dans une casserole comme ma grand mère...
