The location was good but on a noisy square. Check in was very confusing. There was no signage to indicate where the hotel even was once you got inside the building we wandered around, took the wrong elevator and had to go back outside again to try to figure it out.. the receptionist that finally came down and and brought us up did not speak English

Good stay in a fun neighbourhood!

The location was great and the check-in host was kind. It was a little difficult to find when using Google Maps. The room was comfortable with great shower pressure but as it is in Rome you will overpay for a property that should not cost $250 CAD a night. However, no real complaints!

The rental was not what I expected! By the photos I thought it was an apartment with two beds in a hotel! Sadly the statement “luxury”should not be in the listing. This was a large apartment turned into several rooms within the apartment…one of the beds was a pull out couch and the other was a king size bed. The pullout was uncomfortably. We were very surprised to find ourselves in a neighborhood apartment building and not a hotel. The host was lovely and we very much appreciated her meeting us at the entry of the rooms.

The personal is friendly but the room smells like pee, so they need to clean better the restroom, I didn’t like the place that much. It was different from the pictures.

We really enjoy the Trastevere area of Rome; The night life, the restaurants, the cobblestone roads, the historical buildings…il cuore di Rome, the heart of Rome. Having frequented this area a few times now, this is the best accommodation we have come across. It is clean, it is quiet, it is easy to access with self-entry, the elevator is new, and the added toiletries bonuses from slippers to a small kitchenette make all the difference. We recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to experience the heart of Rome from an affordable and convenient location. We will definitely stay here again in future! Grazie di tutti!

Owner was an hour late to let us into the property. Screamed and yelled at us. He threw my phone on the ground and made sexual gestures in front of my 6 year old son. Stay far away from this place!

Bed and Breakfast Stay

This is a very cozy and personal place. The staff calls you to confirm your time of arrival the day before and/or same day to ensure you have a smooth check-in snd that someone will be available to let you in. The area is wonderful. This is your typical bed and breakfast with much care. I will definitely recommend it.

What a great experience!

Hotel is an apartment unit converted to full hotel rooms with a common lobby inside the unit. We called the number at check in and the attendant met us within 5 minutes and gave us a great check-in experience with lots of tips about the area. The rooms were perfect, just like a regular hotel but the lobby offered charm of a b&b. Wine, juice and pastries were left for guest daily and the lobby had most kitchen items you would need. The daily breakfast coupons for the café in the building were an added plus and the pastries were delicious. The off-site attendant and the onsite cleaning person were friendly, approachable and full of information. Trastevere is full of authentic Italian restaurants and bars and a short walk to markets and shopping. We could not have asked for more! thank you so much!
