Good standard room, Breakfast was great typical italian with extras. Very close to train station and metros which had pros and cons. Great for transport however due to the area a bit run down towards train station. But can walk in the other direction for great gellato and restaurants.

Wonderful staff at Hotel Milani

Fabulous location in a quiet and safe area about a 7-10min walk to Termini train station. Walkable to all parts of Rome if you enjoy walking. 1-hour walk to Vatican City and about 30min walk to Trevi Fountain and Roman Ruins etc. Breakfasts are delicious and ample. They have a sister hotel virtually 2-doors down that makes wonderful coffee too. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly, helpful and effective staff. Highly recommend!

Room was a little small, but the great air conditioning made up for it! Nice and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. The chef even had a special gluten free basket of goodies each morning for my son and I!

Great and friendly staff :front desk, restaurant , etc. Bathroom in pristine condition , very comfortable. Room lights were to sharp, though, we had to put a hat over the three tulips. Exterior blind were perfect for darkened the room for a good sleep. Breakfast was very good, however , sliced bread was hard and dry. Perfect location , 5 minute walk from Termini.

The Hotel rooms are dated. Way too dark inside the rooms. The small side table lamps does not do anything. The floor paint being dark gray does not help. It is not possible to open the windows shutter for light since the neighboring building is too close. No privacy. No light at all inside the room during daytime, specially in the evening. THE PLACE IS DEPRESSING. The breakfast is alright. Kitchen staff were great with food choices and assistance during breakfast time. Toilets in the basement not operational at times during our stay..

We were looking forward to staying at this property, given the good location. The hotel is right next to the Roma Termini and lots of good restaurants - the location is very convenient. However, the WiFi signal was almost non-existent during our stay and constantly disconnected. In addition, we were happy when the receptionist said they could accommodate our request for separate beds on our second night. Unfortunately, this request was never put into the system, although the receptionist reassured us this could be done. Our beds were not made to be separate on the next day, and when given an extra set of sheets, one had a blood stain on it. We really hoped to enjoy our stay, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.
