Great and friendly staff :front desk, restaurant , etc. Bathroom in pristine condition , very comfortable. Room lights were to sharp, though, we had to put a hat over the three tulips. Exterior blind were perfect for darkened the room for a good sleep. Breakfast was very good, however , sliced bread was hard and dry. Perfect location , 5 minute walk from Termini.

The Hotel rooms are dated. Way too dark inside the rooms. The small side table lamps does not do anything. The floor paint being dark gray does not help. It is not possible to open the windows shutter for light since the neighboring building is too close. No privacy. No light at all inside the room during daytime, specially in the evening. THE PLACE IS DEPRESSING. The breakfast is alright. Kitchen staff were great with food choices and assistance during breakfast time. Toilets in the basement not operational at times during our stay..

We were looking forward to staying at this property, given the good location. The hotel is right next to the Roma Termini and lots of good restaurants - the location is very convenient. However, the WiFi signal was almost non-existent during our stay and constantly disconnected. In addition, we were happy when the receptionist said they could accommodate our request for separate beds on our second night. Unfortunately, this request was never put into the system, although the receptionist reassured us this could be done. Our beds were not made to be separate on the next day, and when given an extra set of sheets, one had a blood stain on it. We really hoped to enjoy our stay, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Milane. The staff we're very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was great, 5 minute walk ftom Termini station and the start of the hop on, hop off tour buses around Rome.

They advertise air conditioning...however, they do NOT turn it on so you can use it. It was hot. The window screens were broken. The room was subpar for the money we spent to stay there. It wasnt very clean, mold in the bathroom, nasty substances on the bed headboard, including a full handprint...nasty , my wife wrapped her long hair up to sleep in the bed for fear of lice because the bedding looked clean, but the bed it was on was definitely not. The deadbolt didnt work. And...after 2 nights we discovered the cockroach that came in and out through the non working air vent...never stay here, ever again.

Since the first day our room smelled horrible, like vomit. We were very tired so we went to sleep. The next morning we noticed that there were 3 spots on the wall adjacent to the bathroom. By the late afternoon when we got back it was stronger. I have a feeling that was mold.

I liked this hotel for the convenience of having termini a block or two away, I had heard termini was a sketchy area and honestly it’s not and I was a female solo traveler so in terms of security it’s a good hotel, the staff was always friendly and helpful, the breakfast is simple but great to have something for the day I did see some coworkers in the dining area fight which made the environment a bit awkward but not my business, some dishes were dirty with dry old food when they were supposed to be clean, yes you can tell the hotel is old but it’s nothing bad specially since it was remodeled, I was not expecting to get my room cleaned every day as most hotels in Europe won’t but they did and it was another plus, but the only downside truly was that I could hear absolutely everything like literally everything which at times was uncomfortable and aggravating, but again that is probably in every hotel, and honestly I would stay there again as there are more good things than bad ones. Of course when booking a hotel you look for what you want and is convenient but if you are considering this hotel just do it because if you are like me, you will not even be there other than to sleep if you are a tourist and will have a busy schedule.

Conveniently located within 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini but if you like walking all attractions are within walking distance. Hotel staff very friendly and rooms sufficient and clean. Lovely buffet breakfast available to set you up for the day and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were lovely. It was great having two bedrooms with our booking. Located a short distance to Roma Termini train station. Buffet breakfast was good. One day we had no hot water for a shower, but it was quickly fixed.
