Check-in was easy as they asked copy of passport and ID before reaching so they texted me the login info and how to enter. But in the Morning at 9 am I started hearing nail banging from wall and when I went to bathroom the water was thinning down and shut off water and electricity.I could even use the rest room and I was supposed to checkout at 10. Also when you are an international traveler usually we carry usb portal chargers and there’s no slot for a USB port. Above all shutting own electricity and water 1 hour before checkout I consider so rude and inhospitable. On top asked me to leave money in cash for tourist tax as the room payment was done beforehand via Expedia. Overall too inhospitable

Really nice room, ideal for families of 5. Its one of the very few places that offer accomodate 5 people together. Beds are really comfy. We all had an amazing nights sleep after longs walks around Rome. Very clean and the location was excellent. Highly reccomended. We will be coming back

When I arrived at the suites around 4:00 pm, I buzzed the intercom but no one answered. I then called the hotel and was told that staff had been there until 1:00 pm but had already left. This was surprising, as Hotels.com stated that check-in hours were from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. I was then asked to send my passport information via WhatsApp, and only after that was I finally given instructions on how to access the room. Additionally, the room was advertised as having two bedrooms, which was misleading. Upon entering the unit, you walk directly into the first bedroom, and the second bedroom is immediately adjacent, but there is no door between the two rooms.

Great home with a perfect view from ever room. The location was very convenient and walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. The small cafe/market downstairs was also great and convenient. Breakfast was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again!
