The staff at this hotel was kind and helpful. Its location is excellent and the restaurants on either side were very good. However, if you want air conditioning go elsewhere. We had two rooms so it wasn’t a one room issue. There is a thermostat on the wall but whatever you set it to doesn’t matter. It’s always hot in the rooms. Mentioned to front desk and said that was pretty much what it was. Could be a real gem if they were willing to improve a/c.

I loved the very central location of this hotel. It's close to all the popular attractions my room was very quiet, no traffic noise at all. The staff at reception were always helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good.

Hotel Memphis is within walking distance to a number of fabulous Rome landmarks. Our room was great though a little small (expected for being in the centre of the city) and had a balcony which we used. The included breakfast was wonderful and really set us up for the day. Thanks for having us and we hope to come back one day.
