My husband and I had a wonderful stay. When we arrived, we were offered a drink while we waited for our room to be ready. No issues with the AC in the room. The pool was open and refreshing during the hot days. The hotel has a more boutique and intimate feel to it. It's on a very quiet street and was a perfect getaway from the long days walking around the city. There's also many wonderful restaurants, parks, and train/bus stops around that are walking distance and we felt very safe walking to. It's in a very beautiful community. Would love to stay here again.

Super friendly helpful staff. Charming hotel. I also loved the location in the Trieste neighborhood- easy to get into the thick of things by bus and plenty of choices for food and essentials but also calmer, not touristy, and very beautiful with lots of gardens and long allees of spring green trees along the avenues. Hotel serves drinks, has some lovely seating inside and outside. My only quibble is that the lighting in the upstairs reading area is much too dark for reading and that there is no way to get coffee or tea before 8am- by which point I was already on lines. Just quibbles but Ioved my visit and I would come again.

This is a premium hotel

A nice cozy boutique hotel in a quiet area. When we arrived, we were met by the most lovely host, who provided personal service, a complimentary drink and great information about where to eat in the area. I cannot recommend this place enough and will stay here again, if I return to Rome.

Hotel rooms were clean and staff was super nice. Breakfast good. Biggest problem for us was the shower. Water got luke warm at most despite us pushing all the way, and the glass seal in the shower wasn't done properly so water leaked all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. I raised this as an issue and was told it would be fixed but wasn't while we were there.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was so nice and helpful! The property is far from the main attractions in Ancient Rome, but not a bad taxi ride away. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe with some really nice restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent hotel. Clean, and pleasant. There is a nice garden. The room was a good size with a decent bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a great hotel in a quiet residential area. Easily walkable to the metro and restaurants. We were welcomed with a smile and a drink and helpful information about the local area and the pool was great for a dip after a long hot day walking around the city. Lorenzo was brilliant and made a mean negroni. Will come back when we visit Rome again.

Friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Pleasant room with aircon. Hotel is in a residential area, so is quiet, but good transport links nearby. Nice restaurants locally, as well as supermarkets. This property has a lot of steps (up to front door, pool) so a challenge if mobility is poor. Room needs a set of drawers. Bed was really comfortable and we slept very well.

I had a great stay here, the room was such a good size and really comfortable. The outside areas and pool were brilliant in the heat of the summer. Breakfast at the property was nice. Quiet neighbourhood but with transport links and many dining options. The best thing about my stay was the staff! Each person was so polite, attentive and nice. They offered really good information and maps of the local area and city centre attractions with details on how to get there. We felt so welcome at this hotel and would definitely recommend a stay here! If we are ever back in Rome we will definitely stay again

A boutique hotel in a residential area. A bit tricky to find, but a cab driver will. A 15 minute walk to the Metro station. Very clean, great staff. Cool place out of the hustle and bustle of Rome. Breakfast is not included. You can order it the night before for a small fee. It would be nice to have at least a coffee machine in the main area.

I count myself lucky to have found this place when the inner city "hotel" Napoleon that I originally booked canceled my booking and tried to bait and switch me into rebooking at a much higher price. In fact, I passed by the Napoleon while in the city and thought "what a dump" compared to the Palma. As others noted, its further away from the inner city so it's quieter but that's by comparison. There's still construction, even on premises at 9:00pm, a raucous school on the corner, and sirens at all hours that remind me of NYC (but that's what earplugs are for). I Loved the simplicity and cleanliness of the room with a private shower although the water never got hot enough for me. And maybe its an American expectation but there's no coffee in the room and no way to make any (neither coffee pot nor electric kettle nor microwave.) This forced me to get dressed before I was awake and ready to make conversation in order to buy coffee from the bar downstairs. There's a mini refrigerator in the closet which I didn't use but appreciated that it was there in case i had food leftover. I also found the extra blanket that they keep in there which I was very grateful for on a chilly night. The pool is small but very clean (and cold). I still enjoyed lounging beside it. And the landscaping...wow, hats off to whoever the gardner is! It's a bit of a bummer that the hotel instructions ask that any food or beverage not purchased on the premise be consumed in your room because I would have liked

Love how secluded you feel when at property surrounded by plants/trees like in a garden. Pool deck was nice to lounge. Pool was FREEZING. Required to wear swim caps you need to purchase at front desk. Staff was amazing & friendly. Restaurants all walkable. Had difficulty getting Taxis. Metro is 15 minute walk. This location isn’t close to main attractions in Rome & having to rely on taxis that don’t come made it difficult. If it were warmer & pool was warmer it would have been perfect but we were there in end Sept. Tami at front desk greeted us when first arrived which was very pleasant & gave us printed info to help with stay.

This hotel is a gem in the crowded city of Rome, tucked out of the way enough from the hustle and bustle but also close enough that you can navigate freely (train station located within 2.5km, a grocery store down the street,). This hotel is newly renovated and very well taken care of. The staff are very kind and polite and inviting. How we were greeted upon arrival is what actually sticks out the most from staying here. Hosts will provide you a map and provide a list of restaurants, metro, and anything else you are looking for. I really appreciated the refreshingly cold beverage and the light snack that we were provided upon arrival. The room we had was decorated very nicely, clean, but on the smaller side which to me is fine as long as I have a clean bed and shower. I appreciate the decor in the room and the house altogether. Another added bonus was the little pool that they have on the property, while small (not a lap pool if that is what you are looking for) is also very refreshing. Air conditioner works well, bathroom works well. Overall I would love to go back to Rome and I would seek out this hotel as the place to stay from all others.

Arrived and was offered a welcome drink while our luggage was put in the room. Staff very kind, did not have time to use all the amenities but we enjoyed our stay

This place has so much potential but feels like it's still being figured out. There was a hot tub but wasn't on, a sauna but wasn't on, pool was working which was nice. We had emailed about laundry service a few days before we arrived and never did get a response. Lots of incense burning in the lobby/dining area so if that bothers you heads up. The courtyard and outdoor space front and back are charming. The coffee and croissant (5 euro per person) in the morning were good. Two major issues we had that put a bad taste in my mouth about the whole experience were: 1. The shower is a hot mess. Water floods all over the bathroom floor due to a lack of door and inadequate floor grading. You have to use all the towels to sop it up and it's just crazy. 2. We asked the front desk upon evening check in to book us a cab for the next morning to get to our underground colosseum tour by 9:15 am. He told us to download the ItTaxi app and "do it ourselves" or just ask the front desk to book it 5-10 minutes before we need it. We could not get a cab via the app or front desk, after 15 minutes of standing around and being told "it's rush hour" we decided to just walk 20 minutes to the subway, take a train and arrived 45 minutes late, missed our $500 tour which was the highlight of our entire Rome trip for our 10 and 13 year old boys. Real bummer and had I just not asked I would have done my own research and made it. Super disappointing!

Rigtig god placering selvom det er uden for centrum - der gik mange forskellige busser til centrum. Der var også mange muligheder omkring hotellet ift. indkøb og restauranter. Personalet var meget flinke og behjælpelige. Værelset var nydeligt og rent, blev ryddet pænt op hver dag. Lille tekøkken og fint badeværelse. Vi havde vores datter på 1,5 år med og det var nemt at komme hen til vores værelse med klapvogn og der var en fin babyseng med dyne.
