We stayed here during our 2week Italy trip where Rome was our 1st stop. We had a very good experience overall. The interior appears to be completely renovated and everything still smelled new and clean when we arrived. The towels were large, soft, and fluffy — something that is surprisingly not always the case in Italy.
The unit itself was a good size, and the bathroom was especially spacious by Rome standards. Everything inside felt modern, including the fixtures, shower, countertops, and finishes. The windows were also excellent: you could open them for fresh air during the day, but once closed they did a very good job blocking outside street noise, which helped a lot at night.
The elevator was small, which is common in older Rome buildings, but it was modern and worked well. The hair dryer was also much better than the weak hotel dryers you often find while traveling.
The biggest advantage was the location. It was excellent for exploring Rome on foot, and we were able to walk almost everywhere during our stay, which made the trip far more enjoyable and convenient.
