My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we loved the area. Huge park view from our window. Very clean and comfortable. Karen and her mom were very helpful and sweet.Karen was very kind in helping us find a driver to Civitavecchia. Great little cafe on the corner and delicious pizza around the corner. Highly recommend. Thank you so much Karen !

Copies of our passport, address and other personal information were left in a public corridor by rooms for anyone to see or take details from. Booked 2 rooms the same, one for us and one for our friends. Completed different standard of rooms. No kettle or fridge in our room. Hardly saw any staff to raise issues with.

Lila was an amazing host who went out of her way to accommodate us and even organised a taxi with Enrico to take us to airport at 1.30am. Location is amazing Had a wonderful view overlooking park. Will definitely stay here again

Weird stay. It wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t the cleanest either. The location was sketchy, especially at night. Staff were nice. Just a very weird experience while we were there and we had to check out a couple hours earlier due to an incident the hotel was experiencing with the police. Close to the train station and a subway station. View from our room was very nice. If you’re comfortable with average this place is ok.

The guesthouse was spacious. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful and accommodating! She went above and beyond helping us out, keeping our luggage at her office, showing us nearby places, etc. We would definitely come to this guesthouse again and recommend it!

Good service, shower head had to be replaced

Although the room wasn't ready upon arrival and they asked when I would arrive beforehand, the service was good and they had another room available. Common area was somewhat clean, but smelled of mold. The room was spacious, bathroom was even more spacious. The shower head hower was very moldy and gross. I walked down the street and got a brand new shower head for €11, donated it to the room. Air conditioning worked well.

Customer Service was outstanding. I believe Lily is who checked me in and gave me VIP treatment as well as I noticed her checked other guests in and gave them all VIP treatment. Because of her customer service I would stay there again as well as recommend this location to friends. Plus this is a great location to shopping and all of the attractions.

We found the directions very challenging as we were looking for a property called Magic Door which is listed on the Site, turns out the property was called MAGIC DOUBLE very confusing. I rang the contact number on two occasions without any response, as this was our first experience of Rome it wasn’t a good first impression
