Great location, decent stay.

Location is the best thing going for this place and what you're paying for - right in the heart of the action. Can be loud with windows open (which we liked as it was a great atmosphere) but thick windows blocked the sound enough once closed. Older building and decor but clean and well-maintained. Air conditioning is very old and did eventually work, but took over an hour to start pumping out cold air. Once it worked we were comfortable on a hot night in July. Communication was ok - probably not as proactive as some other places we've stayed but it all worked out.
