Location is great, easy access to Spanish Steps, and much more, but it is a Lundy street with a stream of traffic in the day, and loud folks in the night. Nothing that can be controlled. Staff were very kind. We liked the place very much but had difficulty with the electric door lock to our room, and the power must have been blown at 1:30am-2:45 when neighbors came back but was fixed without delay. I would return with a lesson on how the door locks.

First I had to climb a very steep staircase. I did not see that on the site. The woman helped me after I said I could not bring my suitcases up the stairs myself. The room was dark and the bathroom was across the hall! There was no light in the corridor, so I used my phone to go from the bedroom to the bathroom. Not acceptable. They did give me a robe and slippers and the woman ordered a taxi for the morning. In the morning, there was no one to help with the suitcases. And it wasn’t cheap!

Good location with a lot of character. Great restaurants nearby. However, for that character we paid with comfort. The bathroom was large and the amenities looked new. However, it smelled of mold, the toilet seat is attached wrong, and the water for the shower & bath was lukewarm at best. Not worth the price we paid. Also, no breakfast is included if you book through expedia (although it's just a coffee & croissant from a place nearby).

Close to the tourist area.

Many things within walking distance. We did have our own bathroom but not in the room, had to lock and unlock doors to use it. No elevators, you will have to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. Very clean and updated. Only Italian on TV. This was one of the better places we stayed at.

It's a scam. Address is to an apartment building that no one will answer the buzzer and no one will answer the phone either. However around the corner on via Sistine the are a few great legit hotels

Great location

Clean room. Check in was easy and friendly. Amazing restaurant about a 3 minute walk away named Osteria Barberini. Highly recommend dinner or lunch. Allowed us to leave our bags after checkout for free. Very comfy bed.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay! Loved the room, loved the location. It's very close to the metro and literally around the corner from the Spanish Steps, but it's on a side street so it was typically very quiet. Staff were great. The room had a small kitchenette with pots, pan, plates, etc which was great. Perfect if you wanted to cook something quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient Room Near Spanish Steps

Very clean and comfortable room with small kitchen and refrigerator. The room is conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, but keep in mind that is on an uphill that can take your breath away if you are arriving with luggage. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is only a croissant and a hot beverage next door but is a really good croissant and coffee. The subway station (Spagna) is 5 to 10 minute walk. You will need to actually go down the spanish steps to get to the subway faster if you want.

Rome Getaway

Hotel was small but clean and nice had a refrigerator & stove. The place was very contemporary only down side was out of the three rooms offered we had a private bathroom but had to go to another room for it having to lock 7 unlock etc. Nice location and close to the metro & many sights within walking distance. We had a total of nine nights in Rome & this place meet our standards perfect four couples 7 singles. Victoria greeted us upon arrival & did an amazing job during our stay she even made sure we have a cab day of leaving. I would definitely book this hotel on our next stay.

Excellent location, excellent staff

The room is located on the second floor in the middle of the block. The windows open up to a great view of daily Roman life. Bathroom in the double room is very adequate, but dont take long hot showers or you wont have enough water for two people. Located about a 2 block walk from Spanish Steps and a 5-10 min walk from the Green/Red/Gray hop on/off bus tour stops for Trevi Fountain. By far, the receptionist Victoria is the best. As there was a public transport strike the day we left, she did not rest until she found us a cab, even walking three blocks with us and our luggage until she hailed us a cab. Would definitely recommend to any traveller.

300m from Spanish Steps

Check in was pleasant, make sure to contact owner with flight arrival time before hand. No parking, street is very busy and lots of activities for blocks around. Room is very nice, but me and my buddy had to share one giant bed. Very european, just remember a double room is for two people, not two separate beds. Request two separate beds if that is what you need. Market is close, stovetop in room, air conditioning, and a small flight of stairs to walk up to the rooms. Only three rooms and the owner provided us with breakfast vouchers for the length of our stay. Venturing out today and this is a great base of operations.
