Accommodation was convenient - close to Train station/ quiet place/ basic facilities available such as a kettle, mini-fridge, good AC, laundry if you require it, nice staff who interacted with us at the property and changed towels and made beds. several restaurants, shopping area nearby, convenience to walk to several spots. I liked the little supermarket for groceries and water, etc... Grom gelato and crepes were awesome! One negative: Particularly had to enter an unpleasant telephone interaction with "manager" who wrongly insisted on charging my card for city taxes (way above what was on my invoice from Expedia) despite my explanations. This was not fun at all. I received the refund after all and Expedia was helpful to resolve it. However not a pleasant experience. Refer to set table for city taxes for Rome for this property and work out the details and the currency equivalent ahead of your trip as I did to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Watch your invoices and insist on a receipt (I was not given one by the hotel despite requesting and demanding one), some properties are not registered with the city and therefore... you can decide. Please ensure everyone understands the currency. It could be significant when you have a number of people in the party and staying for at least 10 days. Other than that, I want to remember the positives which was at least 90%. The staff at the accommodation were really nice, kind, friendly and helpful and I thank them for it.

The property did not have the rooms i booked,the manager as listed in other reviews was very much combative about the reservations being wrong like i did something wrong when clearly by the reservation confirmation it was clear, they were not able to provide the rooms on the same floor as i was traveling with my daughter,which made the security for my family a concern. The attendant at check in was helpful but could only do so much. The rooms were were not in good condition, access was difficult, the beds were comfortable but thats about all can say was positive. I would not stay there again and would advise others to book different accommodation.

The staff was very accommodating and upgraded our room to a junior suite in order that we (party of 4) would be more comfortable. The location was an approx 8 min walk to St Peter’s square and was in the heart of very good restaurants, and a grocery store 2 min away. The hotel was quiet and we were given the codes to all doors in order to come and go as we pleased. Hotel provided daily servicing. The hotel manager gave her personal contact info to us and told us we could call anytime with any concern. I appreciated her hospitality and recommend this hotel. We will stay there again if we come back to Rome.

Staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. Our rooms were tidied daily, but my bathroom wasn’t cleaned throughly. I had to request the floors be mopped because I have an allergy to dust. It was our second time staying there so we did go back after our first stay. The location is excellent!
