Love the location close to great restaurants, shops and metro. Needs to be updated but the price was good and included breakfast.

My family had a horrible experience at this place. There was no air conditioner. The hotel is dirty and lots of mold. The bathroom had no lighting and no place to put your soap or shampoo. The smell was terrible and the beds seemed broken. The ceiling seemed that had animals crawling all the time. I have never been to a place like that. The location was good but not worthy to try. I DO NOT recommend to anyone.

Front desk guys were excellent. Had two flights of stairs to reach the lift. My brother is in a foldable wheelchair and they carried it up and down each time for him. Very helpful with directions and calling taxis for us. Would differently stay here again. Breakfast was typical European style.

Location is great for being central to all the sites of Rome and is within easy walking distance of Termini station. Access to the hotel is via Hotel Paris which is round the corner to the Main Street. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There is a good breakfast selection. Overall this is a fabulous budget hotel and wouldn’t hesitate booking again.

The hotel was is a good location, but it really needs refurbishing. The lift was ridiculously small and had to be manually opened and closed. The rooms needed to be painted and decorated and the building itself was shared with two other hotels. All a bit strange.

There is no way this is a 3* hotel and the picture opposite does not represent the real hotel. Staff indifferent, room was small and dull (316), not sure when the pillows were last changed or cleaned, bathroom tiny, mould on bathroom ceiling, aircon not working, tiny lift that serviced two hotels, need I go on. Expedia should in no way provide this hotel as as option. Has anyone actually visited!

It was nothing like the pictures that they had on your website. Air-conditioning did not work and we had 95° weather. It was extremely dirty and the hotel is in horrible conditions. We tried to change but Expedia did not help us do so. Will never rent a hotel through Expedia again. I even offered to send pictures of the condition of hotel. They have a picture of the lobby with a nice fish tank. In reality the water is completely green and everything is filthy. We even found cockroaches in the bathtub.

read the reviews!!! don't normally read reviews on hotels. After staying here I will be from now on. Been travelling for the last six months. This was easily the worst hotel iv stayed at by metric of value for cost. Won't be using Expedia again after this experience ether. To sum up. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The hotel is a really old building, this means things like plumbing (shower, toliet), electrical (door, aircon) and the lift (doesn't work half the time - enjoy those five flights of stairs) are all dodgy as can be. Do yourself a favour and keep looking, there are plenty of other hotels to choose from. Super regret having paid in advance on this one.

The bed/mattress hasn't been changed probably since the hotel opened? The frame itself moves all over the place, not secure, horrible!! No stopper in the bathtub, and no hot water. Checked out the next day, manager did not apologize and had the nerve to charge us for 2 nights with taxes!!

Staff was very friendly. We got in very late and was told the hotel was full even though we had a reservation on Expedia, we did make the day of, I guess there was a mistake and they still made room for us. The man at the front desk was very nice. Beds were very hard and pillows were super flat. We only stayed here because It was close to the train station and it was last minute. Wouldn't stay here again especially for the price we paid, but again we had last minute change of plans so we booked this the day of.

Hotel that is old and I had the bad experience that the first room I got had bedbugs and we had to go to another room, in the second room the air conditioner was not used and in the fridge there was decomposed food from previous guests
