I did not use the AC, staff ok. The toilet flush is not working, must not sell the room if the important facility in the room is not functioning. Also, the toilet seat is too old with so many scratches already. Please have it replaced! It’s not enticing to use at all!! Note: Even if the room is not so spacious but have a nice toilet, it can be compensated

Je suis restée plusieurs jours. Il est à 5min de marche du métro ainsi que de la gare Termini. Il y avait une salle de bain privée, un frigo et une télé. La chambre est propre et il y avait un service de chambre tous les jours entre 11h, mais il est possible de demander un service plus tard. Cependant, l’hôtel est un peu difficile à trouver car il y a plusieurs hôtels dans le même immeuble. De plus, l’immeuble était un peu sale et l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas toujours (nous avions en plus une chambre au 5e étage). Finalement, la chasse d’eau de la toilette était assez faible. Sinon le personnel était très gentil et accueillant. Je recommande cet hôtel

I can’t stress this enough, do not book this hotel. The photos listed on the site are not the rooms you get. Not a single photo reflected what the place looked like besides the front door of the building. Even the elevator was run down and only allows one person with their luggage at a time. It was so bad one of my friends booked a flight home a week early and the rest of us booked a different hotel halfway through our stay, forfeiting the money we already paid for this hotel. Expedia needs to shut them down from the site.

Faulty Door Locks/Lack of Cleanliness

We were very excited for our stay, judging from the photos and convenient location to the train station. However, we were very disappointed with the condition of our room as well as a few other discrepancies. First of all, the photos were very deceiving. The floor of the shower was caving in, and the water was leaking out of the sides, making our bathroom floor a wet mess. Not only was the cleanliness of our room disappointing, but we felt very unsafe as the door would NOT LOCK on the first evening of our stay. We had to leave our door unlocked when we left for dinner, while was highly concerning, considering we are 3 20 year old women staying in one of the only rooms on the first floor. On day two, we were successful in getting the door to lock once we left for the day. However, when we returned, the door would not unlock. When approaching the front desk about this issue, they got mad at us for "locking the wrong door," when we were not giving any instructions on which door to lock upon our arrival. We were left sitting outside of our room waiting for them to unlock it for about 45 minutes. To not have your doors unlock is one thing, but to make the guest feel like it is their fault is inhospitable and disappointing coming from a well reviewed hotel, or so we thought. Overall, if you are looking for a safe, cleanly stay, this hotel is not for you.

The hotel was a convenient walk to the train station and Hop in Hop off bus. Good restaurants in area. Our room was updated and clean. There was a laundry close so we had our dirty clothes cleaned before going in our cruise ship. Sharon at reception spoke very goodEnglish and organized our shuttle to the cruise ship terminal. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed for our stay. I would stay again.

Its location is the best, the rooms are clean and pretty. the building is a bit old but functional and very centric. The train station is 5 minutes away. I would stay here again without a doubt

Value for money

Easy, safe (10mins) walk from main train station to hotel. Check-in was easy. Sharon is a gem, especially re booking tours and shows. Office is untidy but staff are attentive. Hotel has a lift. Room was big, comfortable, quiet, refrigerator. Firm bed, hot water, A/C. Great central location, safe locality with really good cafes and restaurants. Bueno!
