The hotel had a great location close to the Colosseum. It was very walkable and close to public transportation if need be. The staff was friendly and helpful for all of our questions and needs. The staff also was accommodating when we arrived early and held our bags so we could explore the city of Rome. Hotel is well maintained.
We really liked it. The AC was nice and cold. The water was nice and hot. It was quiet and clean. It is in a very convenient location, literally around the corner from a metro station. Lots of restaurants, and a few supermarkets (next door). The staff was very nice and friendly. We would gladly stay again.
Great place, excellent and friendly staff! Breakfast is great to start your day. Washrooms can be little better but overall had a good experience. All day we were exploring and coming to the clean room was a pleasure.
Great location- easy access to Metro and all around the city! Air conditioning was working as expected.

Staff was great the location was good, the only inconvenience was the AC that wasnt working the first day so there was very hot all day.
clean and very nice room, great air conditioning, breakfast was very good and tasty, staff was very friendly and helpful, elevator is very useful but jus remember to close both sets of doors so you don’t have to take your luggage up 5 stories, great 1 night stay and my family would stay here again
The staff was amazing! The breakfast was delicious! The room was nice and clean and spacious. AC was perfect. The only improvement I suggest is softer beds. I could feel every spring in the mattress. Otherwise our overall stay was wonderful! Highly recommend!
Huge advantage - the room is very quiet for a city center. It's located high above the street level (5th floor), plus double window. AC is also very quiet.

The staff is wonderful and helpful but it’s hard to find the hotel and in my opinion the bathroom could have been cleaner (the tub looked like it had no finish on it so didn’t look clean to me). The staff makes up for it though.
Super clean, comfortable beds and pleasant breakfast. Perfect for our short trip to Rome. Good location and nice view from the room. The only thing was when I originally booked I was under the impression would be staying at a different hotel but message received alerting me that I would be staying elsewhere but it wasn’t a problem as was 5 min walk away. Other than that, great stay. Thank you ☺️

Staff were okay. Rude at times. Travelocity has it wrong- there is no private car option. Breakfast was okay, they have it gated off, and were rude when I went in and did not wait for them to be ‘checked in’. Beds were terribly hard. Floor was filthy and we removed shoes at door due to city being very dirty. Elevator was barely in use because when people check in they forget to close both doors( which makes it unusable to those who live in building and patrons). Not worth the $
Clean room although poorly maintaned, excelletnt staff. Beakfast must be improved

The condition of the property left much to be desired. The rooms looked run-down, the bathrooms were outdated, and although the room appeared to be cleaned, it did not feel clean overall. The property looked nothing like the pictures advertised.
I have stayed at other hotels in Rome within the same price range and area that were much better maintained and provided a significantly better overall experience.
I do have to say that the Staff in the front desk and breakfast were amazing.
Very dirty and worn out hotel.
Electrical cables hanging out of the walls in the bathroom. The shower has no water pressure at all. The breakfast was divided into 3 sittings, if you weren't there when they opened it was very much sold out. Even though it's cheap it's not worth the money.
Entry to the property was confusing with no signage or guidance. Lift wasn’t suitable for size of property and not easy to use with a lack of instructions. Breakfast didn’t have enough food for the number of customers and table space was limited.
The room was ugly with peeling wallpapers. The single chair and window curtains and a cabinet covered with dust. Floor was not cleaned in corners. Bathroom was not cleaned properly with mold in the shower area and plumbing problems.
Walls and ceiling in the room and bathroom desperately need painting. There was no water kettle, no teas selection, no cubs or glass in the room. The staff working in the reception very nice and helpful with good English.
The elevator is scary, not dependable.
When I was booking the room, the photos of the room and bathroom were looking good. Now, I know they were lying.
I had only one breakfast in the hotel and it was good. Nothing special, but ok.
The hotel is actually a floor on the 5th level of an apartment building, the address is incorrect, we were guided by a gentleman who was so used to find tourist looking for this so-called hotel. The rooms are big, old furniture, windows, bathroom etc. One day the cleaner didn't want to clean the room so he put the no disturb sign in the door. The staff avoided checking the camera because they knew it was the hotel's fault. We've asked for a plate to cut a mango for the child and we were told they have too many people at breakfast😆
