We were looking for a decent, reasonably-priced hotel near the Termini and this hotel checked all the boxes. It’s essentially right across the street from the Termini, which is convenient for trips to and from the airport, taking trains outside Rome and use of the subway. While the lobby is uninspiring, the room was clean and spacious - it actually felt like a mini condo! There were a few minor maintenance issues but I corrected some of them myself. I wasn’t so sure about the self-serve concept at first (and the fact that there is sometimes an employee working a makeshift check-in counter in the lobby is testament that it’s not foolproof) but the Essentials Closet allows one to stock up on towels and miscellaneous items during your stay, even though the closet was bare on occasion. I would disregard the comments about the sketchy neighbourhood - there are numerous nice restaurants and shops outside the hotel and the area is well-populated. There are a few questionable characters near the Termini but that’s par for the course at any transportation terminal. I never felt unsafe walking around the hotel. Ultimately we had no regrets for choosing this hotel and found our stay to be quite comfortable.

I would never recommend staying here. There’s no front desk and no assistance. We arrived late after traveling all day. Walked in the room to find out we had no hot water and there was mold in the corners of the shower. The shower doors didn’t shut all the way, therefore the water went all over the floor. There was not enough towels for everyone and nobody to contact about getting more right away. We found several ants on the floor in the room and also found them in the bed. The hotel was contacted via whatsapp and received no response about getting a new room. Very disappointed about everything and spending money on this so called hotel.

Hotel was great for train travelers to see Rome for a couple days. Nice access and locker system for storing luggage when needed. Staff were stationed at the entrance and very helpful. Room and facilities were modern and clean. Nice stay.

Property is a nice stay. Inside and access was thru locked doors. Area is central to railway station, hop on tour buses, and numerous restaurants. Cons: garbage on the ground and a bit smelly.

Its all self service. Hotel doesnt clean the room everyday and you will need to add extra service for cleaning. Not recommended for older generations. It works perfectly for us as we are only on a short stays. Only recommendation is to give a seperate entrance as it really bothers me to use the restaurant to go in and people who are having their nice succulent dinner will stare at you all the way until you are gone out their sight. Well recommended for young couples and young generation. Well connected area, as the main train station is just 3 mins walk and a lot thing you can go and do around the area too.hotel itself is nice and comfy. Giving you a vibe of actaully living there.

it was the first property with shower instead of bathtub, also the only property we found with actually AC working as suppose to, the laundry room its not working as should be but around the corner there's one laundry spot, for anything else I would choose again this hotel for my next trip .kudos to Numa !

I had an amazing stay, nearness to the central train station with direct train service to the main airport. The room had necessary basic equipment, very clean and modern. The only downstairs, there was no daily cleaning service.

If you come here expecting a hotel room like in the US you won't find it, but you will find a clean room, with AC, and all the essentials you need in a room. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There are storage lockers for your things if you arrive early. A big plus was the keypad for entry into the hotel and into the room. Numa Roma Linea is close to Termini station and Metro bus stops.

Location wise this is very good . It is close to Roma termini ( central station), 5-7 min walking distance, near to metro and bus stops . There are plenty of restaurants Bangladeshi food .. halal choices .. walking across the road all good .. budget hotel and value for money..
