I spend one night there with my family and we had all of our belongs stolen inside of our car on the next morning after checkout. All luggage was inside the car and it was stolen.

This is a great hotel to stay at for the cost-conscious! The room was very clean and neat, had a small refrigerator, and great AC. The only things I wish it also had: a microwave, and TV channels in English. I really liked the location overall: about a 15 minute walk to the Vatican, about 7 minutes to a metro station, and many restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. It is a very 'local' neighborhood; it is safe. The staff, while speaking some English, are not overly fluent. But I didn't really have any troubles communicating with them. And they were friendly and helpful.

Great value

Nice location near Metro station. Quiet area with some great restaurants. Room was attached to reception area so a tiny bit noisy at times. Staff were very helpful. Air conditioner worked great. Overall very happy with my experience.

What we expected

We went to this 3 star hotel because our neighbors stayed there last year. It is exactly what we expected. Price was low, room is very basic, breakfast was simple. Very friendly staff and easy checkin and check out. Metro is 5 minute walk in a quiet neighborhood, with a market just around the corner. Side Note: 1/2019 the taxes raised from 3€ to 4€ Per person per night for 3 star hotels, so 2 people 2 nights I had to pay 18€ at check out.

Small, well located hotel

Warm friendly staff who speak limited English. Very quiet tree lined street 2 blocks from subway. 10 minute walk to Vatican. Staff let us leave our luggage after check out. WiFi not so great.
