The property was very convenient hor our purposes, and the location close to Termini was ideal. The area on the Via Marsala side of Termini is much quieter than the Via Giolitti side. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are a number of good restaurants almost beside the hotel. Breakfast was plenriful and the dining room very nice. The major issue was the internet, which was unreliable; even the staff person could not make it work properly. When connected, it would regularly lose the connection, making it hard to use

Happy travels

Lovely staff, very helpful. Basic respect room but very clean and it’s got what you need. Not luxurious but if you need somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep as your out all day, this is it. Great location for transport too.

It's only like a few blocks from the train station, but that all the good I can say. The hotel is creepy and shares its rooms with the hotel next door. The drain of the shower stank like sewer badly. It looked "clean" but there was a few long black hairs in my bed. When I woke up the next morning I found multiple micro pieces of glass under me and a cut on my foot that might scar. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
