Very moldy shower. Horrible and scary location with room door on the street that had frame broken from previous forced entry. No heat on a very cold night. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hotel surrounded by nature

The hotel clean rooms and ideal for someone who just wants a decent bed. Food-wise, only Breakfast is available at €10 (more of continental items and not much selection, however it's worthy the price and gives a great breakfast option). Other amenities available are bar, free Wi-Fi and beautiful garden with a clean swimming pool. Reception staff are friendly and speak English. My experience down side for the hotel was that the shower cubicle was too tiny that I could not shower properly, it restricted my movement and had to come out to apply myself soap. The location of the hotel is not too great as the nearest town (Cornelia) costs €20 by taxi and €65 for Ciampino airport. There is a local bus (number 246) that regularly operates in the area, however, the bus stop is at a very awkward position of the dual carriage way and you have to walk on the dangerous side of the road. I would not advise to walk at night and there is a thick bush of trees. Overall, it is a nice hotel/B&B and I could go again but only on one condition that my travel plan does not involve frequently going to central Rome

One of My Favorite Places

This place was a short cab ride to the city. The grounds are stunning and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They have a sweet cat the roams the grounds. Our room had marble floors which were just gorgeous the pool is enormous. Federico and Andre are new best friends.

My experience was interesting. The chef was very helpful in assisting me to order food. He was very patient and kind and I appreciated his services. The WiFi signal was a big problem for me, the signal was not great!! I got my own breakfast, due to some of the Vegan options was not for me..Their was a lovely lady who checked and serviced the rooms was very supportive in guided me on where to visit and gave the best options, which was convenient. This was not a “hotel!” It was a Motel! There were roaches and lizards. We ended up cancelling our stay and are now fighting for a full refund. This property did not meet our expectations at all.

The location is terrible. You’ll have to catch a cab to and from destinations at a cost of $40 one way. Location is only decent if you hav a car. Also the property isn’t that nice. They are renovating and updating room. They are non smoking facility but ppl smoke in them heavily and management don’t monitor or care. If you have any health conditions.. beware. Rude management that gaslight you as if issues are your fault or complaint isn’t valid. Unsafe for solo travelers. Placed in back of the facility. One lock that’s not all that secure. Refused to refund after they were obviously negligent in providing decent accommodations.. left and paid for other (safe) accommodations elsewhere. Received constant emails to return without canceling my stay only to prevent refunding, knowing I wasn’t returning. Again poor management.
