Great location, keys to all rooms could easily be stolen from front desk as you had to return key every time you left building, hake dryer over heated, kept shutting off. Friendly staff though.

I booked this hotel the night before due to my flight cancellation and I was thoroughly surprised with the quality of the hotel. The price is very affordable but the hotel was amazing, rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and assisted with any needs. Will definitely recommend.

Good location Needs to improve their old facilities. Toilet flash was hardly working. Toilet hard set cover was disaligned. No soap for couple days of our stay until we ask the staff. Sometimes, no instant cofffee provided. The worst thing our aircon was not working on our last day We were unhappy to stay in this hotel.

The front desk young man was excellent and helpful with a variety of requests and needs. I really appreciated his efforts to make our stay comfortable. The piazza in front of the hotel is under construction and made the entrance a little difficult.

Clean, Friendly and Convenient

The hotel is conveniently located 5 metro stops from Termini, the check in was easy and staff were friendly. We left our bags with the hotel whilst we explored on our last day which they were happy to do Staff were brilliant with information on local areas for food at 10pm. Only downside was the room being smaller but for our trip we slept, woke up early and was out by 7am.
