Great place to stay, I highly recommend. Brothers who run the place are very kind and helpful. It may be worth noting that the hotel is situated on a hill. Everything like shopping, food, museums, etc. are downhill. Be prepared for to climb fairly steep inclines and stairs upon return to the hotel. Also could expand upon rooftop patio furniture, ie no cushions or shade. Nighttime on the terrace is magical but closes at 11. Those things aside, the breakfast is well worth it, they order a variety box just for your room, including a variety of coffees, some cheeses, fruit and cereal. Perfect for fit individuals or couples or people who don’t mind taking a taxi on the regular.

An absolutely beautiful hotel and amazing service from both of the hosts. The roof terrace has arguably one of the best views of the city, overlooking Rome. It’s also a short walk from gorgeous restaurants where we spent most of our evenings. Couldn’t recommend this place more, it is excellent.

the best way to stay in Rome!
I have nothing to complain about. The service was impeccable and very friendly. I just felt that the owners could up their game a bit in regards to the price point but these are just details that are not of consequence but just of appearance. (courtyard terrasse could receive more attention). But the essentials, such as the cleanliness, comfort, tranquility, modern bathrooms, were all a 5/5.

Fabrizio and Stefano run this charming family-owned hotel in ths quiet area on a hill above Trastevere. Fabrizio was gracious to let me check in on arrival because the room was already available. He spent 20 minutes mapping the area, the sites in Rome, and transportation options to them. Location is a short walk to bus stops with direct lines to the Vatican and Colosseum.
