We really loved the amenities on the property like the hot tub and heated indoor pool. The proximity to restaurants and shops in Estes Park was a bonus. The staff were very welcoming and answered any questions we had. Definitely will stay again when visiting the area.

We enjoyed our February stay at Murphy River Lodge! There was plenty of available parking and we were able to easily walk downtown for shops and dining. It is a short drive to the Rocky’s. The staff were very welcoming and offered coffee and popcorn in the lobby which was very nice. I would stay here again.

Family winter getaway destination

Great stay with our kids, (6 & 8). The room had everything we needed, lots of space and great amenities. Close to Main Street but still very peaceful. Indoor pool with hot tub was perfect for a winter getaway.

Can’t go wrong!

You can’t beat the service here! From the minute I booked, someone reached out to me to make sure they’d be prepared for our visit. We don’t love to travel with our dogs but we had to, and their dog friendly suites are amazing. River front, easy access to the patio that locks so you can let your pets sit outside for a bit. Super clean inside and comfy. Well appointed and even had a portable fan. We’ll be back!

The lodge is older and it is noticed that in some places it has already been renovated and in some places not yet. What you remember when you leave this lodge is that it has a very good location, very nice staff, it is clean and equipped with everything a traveler needs.

The staff is amazing! The room was very clean and well appointed. Floors are a bit thin so if upstairs noise bothers you, consider requesting a second floor unit. Highly recommend!!!

This was the second time staying at Murphys River Lodge and oddly enough, in the room right above where we stayed the first time! Check in was easy. The clerk, Jacob, was friendly and easy to talk to. Plenty of movies to choose from as well to make it a cozy weekend since it was snowing. Easily accessible to town and restaurants and, when not frozen, the river in the back. Beds are comfortable. Shower gets hot and has great water pressure. Didnt get to take advantage of the pool and hot tub and breakfast this time but I'm sure it's just as great as the previous. We will definitely return when its not so cold!

A Great Stay at Murphy's River Lodge

Our recent stay at Murphy's River Lodge was absolutely fantastic. Staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Within 24 hours of booking the stay, I was contacted by the staff and made sure my stay was all set and I had no questions. The lodge itself is beautifully situated right on the river/creek, providing stunning views and a beautiful stay, close to downtown. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We particularly enjoyed pool area, as our stay was during the winter and the kids needed a place to burn energy. The location was also ideal for exploring the area. I highly recommend Murphy's River Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We can't wait to return!
