We are the delighted new owners of this well established & well loved short term rental! This Rockport bungalow sits on a quiet side street between Granite St and the ocean! You’ve got the best of both worlds with a private pool in your backyard and only a 5 minute walk to Front Beach. (Ask about the shortcut!)

Everything you’d want out of Rockport is within reach! Across from Front Beach you can stop at Fresco’s Seaside for some beach front bites, or stroll a bit further to Bearskin neck to check out the shops, art galleries, Motif #1, restaurants & performance center. Walk 5 minutes up the street to Whistlestop Mall for groceries, ice cream, pharmacy & cinema or grab the train to head into Salem or Boston!

This home boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with 1 queen bed in one room and 2 queen beds in the other. The open, yet cozy living room includes a gas fireplace, large comfortable sectional and large windows with slider showing off the beautiful deck, pool and backyard. Charming is a great description of this bungalow! This house is a bibliophile's dream - a library with a vast and varied collection of books, and a delightful overstuffed recliner that is the perfect place to sit and read. If you can tear yourself away from the books, there is a lovely pool in the back yard waiting for you! The house looks is actually very roomy inside, nicely decorated, comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen, convenient location, and a short walk to the beach. We LOVED it!!

We loved our stay here. It's a perfect spot! Close to all the restaurants, galleries and shops in Bear Skin Neck but tucked away in a private setting. The hosts are amazing. We had everything we needed, and they made us feel completely welcome and at home. We will definitely stay again in the future.
