Right off the interstate. Check in was easy. The room had an odor of old smoke, and we only had a hand towel and 2 washcloths. No towels were stocked in the room.

Lady that checked us in was dealing with an obnoxious guy in the lobby, she was very professional about it. Room was nice and clean as well.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The bathroom was very small and the shower head was too low on the wall. The building is in need of maintenance as the east exit door wouldn't open from inside, and there was a hole in our door from changing locks, which was fixed as soon as we told them about it. I booked a room for 3 adults and didn't notice until I pd that there was only 1 queen bed! I called Days Inn and he upgraded us to 2 double beds because unfortunately they don't have any rooms with 2 queens. It was a bit cramped and I will pay closer attention next time.

The room was clean, which is the most important thing to me. The property is older and the rooms need updating. Everything is perfectly functional. I would stay here again.

Friendly customer service and the rooms were clean and comfortable. THE breakfast was good with eggs and waffles and oatmeal. The only dislikes was the walls seemed thin and you could hear people talking from the next room other than that the stay was excellent and I would stay there again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. You're right, there are certain components of the building that we wished we could change, but we have controllables and uncontrollables. We work hard to over and beyond on the controllables so the u controllables are more bearable. We will continue working with management to update the property for all future guests.

The staff was friendly and polite. The continental breakfast was good. The hotel is older but fairly clean, but some areas such as hallway carpeting show a lot of age and wear. The noise level that could be heard in the room was high. We could hear people walking, opening and closing doors and talking as if our door was partly open. Our room was very warm even after turning off the heat. Tried to use the air conditioner but it didn't work. Had to open a window but that only made it noiser in our room, due to the noise from the highway and parking lot. Room was nice. Small with not much room to walk around in. Our bath tub had hair in it and the sheets has fuzz all over them. Not a horrible experience but probably wouldn't stay again. We definitely didn't get a good nights sleep.
