I will for sure be choosing this hotel again when we visit the Rochester area. The professionalism and courtesy of the staff was above reproach. It did not matter what time we were coming in. The people were so nice and professional. To be honest, the customer service felt like we were staying in a high-end hotel. The breakfast was just okay, but the hotel as a whole was the best mid-level hotel we have ever stayed in.

We were put in a really large room adjoining a really loud foul mouthed neighbor unfortunately. No more rooms to switch too. Complained and nothing done. The elevators could definitely use servicing. First floor light not working. Clunky and slow. Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. Drain not working correctly in the bathroom. Light over the mirror in the bathroom had no light switch to turn on. Every time I went to the front desk workers had to emerge eventually from the office or outside. They were friendly every time. Also I have stayed at this hotel probably 10 times yet that is not noted anywhere. That is a big miss. It is convenient to my daughter’s college, usually quiet, beds comfortable and we like the breakfast. Just needs some maintenance, someone consistently at the desk who notes repeat customers and maybe put out pourable half and half to help save the environment instead of those tiny plastic creamers with the complimentary coffee.
