The room was very small. We had a rollaway bed which only fit in the hallway that led to the bathroom and door to the room, and took up most of that hallway so if we had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night we had about 6” of space to squeeze by a bed with a sleeping kid in it. There wasn’t a single dresser for clothing in the room and the closet was very small. There was hair in the bathroom when we checked in. The breakfast was mediocre at best. My kids did love the indoor pool and hot tub! The gym was fine. Typical for a hotel gym and seemed clean enough.

Stayed 4 nights. Room was not serviced until the 4th day and only after requesting that it be serviced 3 consecutive days. Trash cans were full. Beds not made and towels not replaced. Found Cereal on floor left over from pervious occupants Rooms need updating and maintenance. Toilet paper holder coming loose from wall and kept turning dropping the roll. HVAC loud. TV channels could not be accessed directly. Had to go to guide and scroll through all unknown channels first. Breakfast was adequate but offerings were often unavailable 30 minutes or so before closing Hospitality staff was friendly but appeared to be overwhelmed

I arrived around 4:30 p.m. and was told that due to employees calling off, housekeeping was a little behind (check-in time is 3 p.m.). Waited in the lobby while Jay left the front desk and went up to the 5th floor to check the status of my room. He came back 10 or so minutes later saying the room was ready. In fact, he had turned on lights to welcome me when I got upstairs. Room was great and had a microwave--something that I'd been told at booking would NOT be in my king room. I was thrilled.

The hotel had a pop Warner football game the night we stayed and kids ran wild thru the halls all night long. After complaining the hotel told me to take up with Expedia and made zero accommodations. Very poor and unacceptable customer service!

The lobby and breakfast staff were friendly, and the common areas were clean. Unfortunately, my room’s bathroom and tables were dirty. Housekeeping was unavailable, so the front desk offered cleaning supplies, but even after scrubbing ourselves, the tub grime remained until we bought stronger supplies. While staff were polite and helpful, the lack of housekeeping affected our stay.

Quiet area with little road noise, very comfortable beds, being able to access 3rd floor rooms from back parking lot is a nice perk. Easy to get to local suburbs and Rochester’s downtown. Great spot for families or business travelers.
