The service was excellent the room was very clean other than something on the ceiling. We did have a little issue with our lock not working but the front desk clerks were very helpful in fixing the issue.

We were not happy with our stay could not use the pool any of the days there. None of the vending machines worked lost money in them no hot water the first night . Over all i should have gotten a better discount i was the to go to the mayo clinic not happy at all

I also greatly appreciate the pricing of the rooms. I come down as I have multiple appointments at the Mayo and I can always count on a good stay with Baymont and having the shuttle service, I don't have to stress about any city driving as I come from a country life with country traffic. Beside, the drive to and from Rochester is enough driving as it is!

I was on vacation from Hawaii, I really enjoyed my stay. The assistant manager was great, room was perfect and nice breakfast also. I would recommend this hotel 🏨

First the cons, because there was ALOT. Thin walls, outdated interior, pool was non functional, none of the vending machines worked. Mold in the shower Was told i had to pay cash even though i prepaid through expedia. Have to wait to be mailed a check for my overpayment. Room was clean(besides the mold), Bedding was clean and stain free, good quality guest supplies. A/C worked well. Staff was friendly.
