The kids loved the pool and waterslide. It's not a waterpark, but the waterslide does set it apart from your standard hotel pool. Basketball hoop was broken in the pool. Everything was clean and overall I'd definitely recommend this hotel. There were a few things that I think could be improved, but they are all pretty minor. First, the workout room was super hot. The thermostat said it was 80F in there, so hot before I even started working out. Also the poolside rooms I would say are not worth the extra money over a regular room. I was thinking it'd be more like a sliding glass door where the kids walk out and go. But really it's still a hallway then through the gate. Our room was a poolside suite and the room was very big and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was OK but most things were a bit cold. Overall a positive experience and I'd recommend staying at this hotel if you're in the area and want the kids to have a little extra fun in the pool area.

Overall very pleased with this hotel and our stay. Only issue was the pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance and there’s limited food around the hotel. 8.5/10! Clean and comfortable room

We had a two day stay planned and left after one day. Our room was not in good shape. The desk chair was broke. There were stains on the couch and bed sheets. We found a dime size piece of glass on the bathroom floor. The mini fridge did not work. The toilet clogged continuously and the water was warm at best. The worst part though, was the exhaust vent. The room had, what I think was an exhaust vent that a bird or some other animal had found its way in to. It was pulling on and pecking at the vent vanes and trying to get into the room. Also, the pool is not closed to the hotel, which made all of the hallways very hot and a strong chlorine smell almost burned your eyes when you walked in. I asked the manager to contact me about it, as I was told she was not in at the time. I have tried five times to contact them and she has never been there, and not returned my calls. I was charged the full two days, because I checked out after 11am on the second day. I honestly think they don’t care about their guests, I’d look elsewhere.

Unfortunately the room next to me was occupied by a family seemed to be about 3-4 kids who yelled and slammed doors to early morning hours. I called to complain but it didn’t stop. Not the hotels fault but they did nothing to stop it.

Very nice and clean hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Easy to get to and shopping close by.

Nice hotel for the most part, however I didn’t need them to come clean each day but I did ask the front desk and the maids for fresh towels. I did not get them. At the hot tub it seems that the children are allowed to use the hot tub, not just one but they sort of took it over. So a little disappointed with that.

Swimming pool with slide for the kids was just great!!! Perfect stop after a long day in the car. Room was clean and really big (practically two rooms). The room did not cost much at all (maybe low season?)

Pros and Cons

Front desk staff and maintaince worker were amazing. My door wouldnt lock and it was fixed within an hour. I needed to ad a day and they were extremely helpful. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. I did not hear from housekeeping except for when I asked for towels and a trash bag. The shower began to not drain by the end of our stay. The bathroom was a little rundown and needs refurbished.

Upon a late check in at 11pm the process took much longer than it should have because the front desk attendant was playing games on his phone rather than setting it aside to keep the check in moving quickly. Wasn’t great service considering we were tired and had small kids waiting in the car to go to bed.

Wifi was terrible, I stayed for around 12 days and wifi was working not more than 5% of the time, the front desk guys said there was a ticket opened and no estimated time to solve, so far not solved during my stay. If I were aware of this issue I didn't book at this hotel. Wifi was a key for my travel.
