Bas de villa avec des fiestas sur la tĂȘte toutes les nuits

Le haut de la villa est aussi en location !!! c’est un lieu de fĂȘtes familiales, donc si vous ne louez pas toute la maison, passez votre chemin !Nous avons passĂ© 11 nuits dans l'appartement, dont 8 avec du bruit venant du haut de la villa. 3 groupes diffĂ©rents sont passĂ©s sur nos tĂȘtes, avec plus ou moins de bienveillance. Mais dans tous les cas, ils Ă©taient lĂ  pour se retrouver et faire la fĂȘte. Jusqu'Ă  5h du matin, 3h les nuits calmes, ce fut musique, rires, bruits de chaises et de pas... On a demandĂ© le calme, on s'est fait renvoyer comme des touristes dans notre cave. On a optĂ© pour les bouchons dans les oreilles.L'Ă©quipe de gestion professionnelle a entendu notre mĂ©contentement, mais en gros c'est comme ça, on nous a "remerciĂ©es de notre patience et notre comprĂ©hension". MĂȘme si l'intervenante sur place Ă©tait trĂšs comprĂ©hensive, et qu'elle a "recadrĂ©" les groupes, la nuit nous Ă©tions seules Ă  gĂ©rer. Notre sĂ©jour leur rapportait 800 pour 11 nuits, le haut de villa c'est 1500 pour 5 nuits donc c'est le pot de terre contre le pot de fer...Nous avions prĂ©vu du repos, on Ă©tait en vadrouille toute la journĂ©e... c'Ă©tait ratĂ©.CĂŽtĂ© appartement, le mĂ©nage Ă©tait moyen Ă  l'entrĂ©e dans les lieux, le matĂ©riel de cuisine manquant (une poele sans manche, pas de couteau de cuisine, pas de support Ă  pommeau de douche, etc...), une seule moustiquaire pour 2 lits et un canapĂ©-lit pourri.Bref, mĂȘme gratuitement je refuserai d'y sĂ©journer Ă  nouveau.
