My husband and I started in this hotel for 2 nights and we loved it. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. This is a clean, charming hotel in the relatively quiet area. It is convenient enough to get anything from a nice cafe for breakfast to rental bike store. Strong WIFI, new AC and hot shower are all helpful.

Great place for reasonable price; Nice pool, walking distance to the center, clean, airy room with kitchen and breakfast nook, good A/C and ceiling fans. the hotel does not have working wifi, if you rely on wifi to connect, stream & communicate this is not the place to stay. clearly an in-house connectivity issue, no urgency to fix.. 4 nights, no wifi.

Great stay!

Great comfy room for a quick family trip in Tulum. Luis at the front desk (day) was awesome & super helpful. Great stay- took one star off due to not allowing a late checkout: we had a 2hr tour scheduled & would not be back by noon but the front desk guy (not Luis, different one) wouldn’t budge so we canceled your :( Other then that excellent stay!

The hotel is easy to find rooms are clean Except there were so many mosquitoes inside And the AC is not very cold but over all its nice and enjoyed my stay there ans defn would stay again there

I’d stay again!

Great location, off the Main Street so it’s quieter but next to everything in town and only a 15 bike ride to the beach. We rented bikes next door which was convenient. The staff were super nice, the rooms were super clean and comfortable. Nothing else I’d need (other than breakfast, which would have been awesome) but you do have your own kitchen so it works out.
