Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cleaning deposit: BRL 150 per stay
• Cleaning fee: BRL 150 per accommodation, per stay
• A damage deposit of BRL 300 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business, or profession. No onsite parking is available. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, debit cards, and cash. Long-term renters welcome.

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to traveling for more information.
• Up to 2 children 10 years old and younger stay free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
