The lobby looks brand new but the hotel rooms look old. They charged me more when I got there for one additional person though I booked double beds. Only thing they let us check in early,

Very functional place

The room was large. It was a little dated and it was lacking furniture there was no office chair only a regular table chair. Breakfast was good, but it became very repetitive after a week. Location was excellent. I’d go there again.

The rooms were outdated and the bed was hard. Morning staff was very nice and spoke a little English which was helpful. The plus side, right near the beach. The outside of the hotel look brand new while the rooms and hallways are being renovated and look spooky.

The room was extremely small and we were put on the 11 floor, which was still being renovated. We asked three time to move rooms, but the staff had only one person who could speak English. We asked after the new years rush to be moved again, to no avail. We walked in the Hilton and booked the rest of the vacation there. When we returned to check out and there was a lady complaining about the same thing we have said. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel is old but was under renovation and looks better. The elevators are old style. Most of the copacaban area has old buildings. Location was fine. Breakfast was good. And people.in the hotel.was kind
