"I dealt primarily with Mark who couldn’t have been a more inviting host. He and Margaret had the kitchen fully stocked even with chilled bottle water and snacks. The pool area was very private and provided a nice retreat. Check in/check out was extremely easy. Definitely would stay there again, and recommend to others."

"We made it in after 2 a.m. and called to let the hotel know what time we should be arriving. There was no one to let us in from the front desk. We waited a while, then finally someone came to let us in. Customer Service wasn't that great at check in and the room was outdated. Could have been cleaned better, however, the beds were clean. Check out clerk was nicer than check in clerk. "

"Very impressive hotel!! Staff was so welcoming and kind. Breakfast was great! Room was clean! Ample parking! We will definitely return if we go to Texas again! "

"Our first room had a yellow jacket that we discovered when I closed the darkening curtain. The darkening curtain also had signs of mold that was bleached at the base of the curtain. The second room had a lamp light bulb out and an opened water bottle on the floor between a lamp base and table. The continental breakfast had an option of eggs, sausage patty and potatoes; cereal - 2 options; toast, prepackaged danishes and honey buns, waffles, yogurt and instant oatmeal. There was also plenty of apples available."
