A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the Gondola. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated. The spa is an added bonus after a day on the slopes and the included breakfast is good.
