We offer 5 Superior apartment suites that are equipped with everything you need to make your stay in Iceland truly sensational. Situated on the main shopping street Laugarvegur in the heart of down town Reykjavik.
The Space:
Our Superior apartments are elegantly furnished and bright, the living room is spacious, perfect for couples or families. Each apartment has a sofa that can be pulled out to make a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a roomy shower and a hair dryer. All of them come with a fully equipped modern kitchen with all necessary appliances as well as a dining area. The main bedroom comes with two comfortable single beds. The apartments provide sleeping accommodations for four people. There are HD Flat-Screen TV’s with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Some of the apartments come with a balcony, accessible from the bedroom. One of our Superior apartment is wheelchair accessible.
Guest Access:
Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed.
Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience.

I could not have asked for a better location. Through arch entryway, down a corridor and the apartment building is right there. Everything we could need was provided or available to us. Communication with the host was easy and they responded promptly. Host did everything them could to accommodate my few requests. Be aware that all level of the building involve stairs. Rolly bags will need to be carried across parking lot as it’s all small pebbles/rocks. I found no issue with noise. The location is literally 1-2 minutes walk to rainbow street. I would 100% stay again!

Perfect Location
Short walk to bus stop 6. Apartment building between 2 buildings/streets, check google maps and you will see the archway alley for one entrance or the brown building on the other street for the other. Loved the location was very quiet. A few maintenance issues that were reported after our stay. Rainbow Street and grocery store close to the archway entrance. Steps away from restaurants, shops and visitors center.

Right downtown don't worry about parking. A garage is next-door. Initially a little hard to find since it is entered through a short alley. Street noise was more pleasant than distracting. Heard a accordion player nearby on two nights. They really just need to be more descriptive in the manner of entry. Pictures would help.

It was in a perfect location, walking distance to a lot of things, and very close to bus stop 6. We were a party of 3, so the pullout couch had to be used ... not very comfortable. The amenities in the apt were perfect except that we ran out of coffee, and there was no supply of fresh towels available. The keypad on the front door did not work when we first arrived. Other than that, it was a great spot

Great place. Cosy for 4 adults but it worked. Convenient location, responsive management. Street noise was a bit much for several nights but that is our only complaint. We would stay there again, maybe at a a quieter time (off season).
