No hot water (went from cold to like warm), no working mini fridge (our food spoiled), air conditioner was not functioning properly, many mosquitos in the room or dead on the wall, room was very dated (which was the least of the issues). Very dissatisfied with this experience and would like an Expedia manager to contact me to discuss how to go about being refunded or credited.
