Terrible service, rude. Our team was here for a tournament. Adults not allowed to sit in lobby area to visit, said its only for breakfast. We prearranged with the hotel manager to feed the kids there between games, but then told by staff we would have to go outside. Ridiculous! We were quiet, respectful (we also cleaned up after ourselves) and still told we couldn't use the area. Breakfast was poor, ran out of food, coffee, cutlery. Only one staff member trying to keep up and run the front desk. Bad experience. Won't be back!

Just outside of our main floor room (118), for our complete 2 day stay, a person was sleeping in his vehicle. He seemed to be known by locals who visited him regularly. Pulling out lawn chairs and drinking coffee together. This handicapped parking spot was 15 ft from the main entrance of the hotel.
