They microwaved day old coffee, it was the worst coffee I've ever had. Breakfast was setup for hot food but all they had was cereal. No yogurt in the yogurt fridge either.

"I recently had a stay at this hotel in a small town, and overall, it was an average experience. The rooms were fairly comfortable, but they definitely need a thorough deep cleaning. I noticed some bugs along the window panes, which was quite off-putting. The breakfast, unfortunately, was quite disappointing. The bagels were moldy, which is unacceptable, and the tater tots were extremely stale and hard. The sausage was also unappetizing. It's clear that the breakfast offerings need significant improvement to meet basic standards. While the hotel has potential, addressing these cleanliness and food quality issues would greatly enhance the guest experience."

Cigarette smell

It was pretty low quality. The whole hotel smells of old cigarettes being covered up by cleaner. The beds were not very comfortable. We tried calling to the front desk and no one ever answered on multiple calls. The rooms are old the door to the bathroom was stuck halfway open and a half way closed. The breakfast was ok though.

It didn’t seem to matter to the staff if our needs were met. The remote didn’t work the towels didn’t seem to be clean and the breakfast was pathetic. The waffle maker didn’t work but the toast was great.

Our TV would not work. We didn’t want to mess with their equipment. We called the front desk. Staff came to our room, said there was nothing he could do and he was calling his maintenance person. No one ever came back. My husband decided to check it out further and move the whole stand. The cable box was not plugged in. Breakfast was sad. Juice was watered down. Pastries stale.
