On the plus side, the room was clean and the price was very reasonable for a quick overnight stay. However room was lacking amenities. No hair dryer available, no ice bucket in the room, very low water pressure in the bathroom sink. Very meager complimentary breakfast. We received a preregistration text to speed up registration when we got there. They asked our arrival time and I put down 3:15 which was one of the choices. When we arrived at 3:15, we were reminded by a very unfriendly desk clerk that check in was 4 pm. I asked why there was a preregistration choice of 3:15 if we had to wait in the lobby until 4;00. I must have annoyed the clerk because we were given a room as far from the entrance as possible in an area under renovation. Guess that was payback for complaining. Desk clerk obviously needs training in customer service. I must add thst the morning desk clerk was very nice. Lots of choices of motels in this town so I’d look elsewhere.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever – Avoid This Place

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had in the US—and I’ve been on the road for 6 days, staying at multiple hotels. Despite paying the highest rate here, it was a disaster from start to finish. Check-in was unpleasant: the receptionist looked like he was having the worst day and clearly didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no smile. He opened a Wyndham Rewards account with my email without asking, gave zero information about the hotel, breakfast, or Wi-Fi until I asked multiple times—each answer delivered with a visibly annoyed face. The room? Subpar. The AC barely cooled. The desk chair sank down by itself and felt ready to collapse—unsafe and uncomfortable. No couch or sofa in the king room (which is standard elsewhere). The bathtub faucet was ridiculously confusing to operate, with hot/cold mix impossible to control. Breakfast was a joke—advertised as “full” but in reality: frozen, mushy pancakes; no bread, jam, or fresh fruit; just a single jug of apple juice that ran out and wasn’t refilled. No effort to restock water or juice, even before breakfast ended. Choices were shockingly minimal. To top it off, my room key stopped working before checkout, and the checkout receptionist was just as unfriendly as the one at check-in. If you value good service, working amenities, and basic hospitality, avoid this place. Management needs serious training in customer service.

Friendly Staff and nice clean room. Our room was way at the end of the hallway, past where the carpet ended, near a couple maintenance closets. A bit spooky but it worked out okay.

Very quick stay- arrived after midnight and left before 8:00 a.m. Building itself is a bit odd but the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Not much re: the breakfast offerings so we opted for Starbucks. Very large parking area, which was great for our truck. Easy access to the highway. A fine place for a quick stay.
