What went well. NOTHING. TV remote didnt work. "Chris " called, From a non hotel phone- he was his personal phone, saying he was told to cancel our reservation because they were "backed up" Refused to give me more details who, why, what. When threatened with police intervention, he magically found a room for us. Free breakfast, did not exist. No staff available, toaster did not work, no milk available. So breakfast didnt happen. There was a dead vehicle taking up multiple spots. Massive number of very deep potholes covering the lot.. Pics implied it was a newer facility when it was majorly run down. Experience HORRIBLE. Asking for a refund.

Great night's sleep! Looked a little questionable when we arrived, but the employee was wonderful, the bed was comfy and ut was very quiet! It's our new Rawlins place to stay when we pass through.

Fairly quiet place but definitely needs some maintenance. Staff was nice. Designing of the rooms was weird, sink was right by the door - not in the bathroom. Just awkwardly placed. First time staying in Rawlins so not sure how other places compare.

I 80 was closed due to winter conditions. The man at the desk had a lot of people staying here, and was very busy, but was very kind and helpful taking care of the needs. The property was clean. Breakfast was good.
