Room wasn’t very clean, one remote two TVs, the front desk couldn’t figure out the Travelocity booking and double charged us for the the room ( the gal the next morning was great to deal with for clearing this mess up from the night person)

Nice room, great staff!

Pros: Wi-fi was very easy to use!
The room was very clean, and set at a nice temperature for 90+ deg. days-- Thank you! The staff was very friendly and helped with my immediate needs. Nice pool and hot tub for relaxing.

Comfy and Cool

They had to switch our room because of our puppy Daisy but they were cool about it. Got to our room and all was well except the tv worked on one channel only. They were very helpful and even replaced the tv. Beds were very comfy.

More minuses than pluses

The hot breakfast was awesome, eggs, sausage, french toast.  Hotel was generally clean and comfortable.  Minuses:  Our room didn't get cleaned (front desk clerk that night said she wasn't familiar with the cleaning policies and shoved a stack of new towels at us.)  The Jacuzzi was not working.  (Front desk "but they told me this morning it was back up and running........")  The AC didn't keep our room cool at night.  The reading lamp would not work.  And the room was a bit noisier than I am used to........you could hear folks in the hallway and above us.  I expect more from a 3-star hotel.  I think this one is a bit overpriced.

Rawlings WY

Hotel in great location right off I80 near all the fast food places and some shopping.  Not much else in town things have taken a down turn, such a shame.  The prison tour is very interesting if you have the time.  It's line a time capsule of prison growth.  Nice quiet little town.
