The staff was great and we were able to order food and drinks after 9 hours of travel by plane and car. Our room was fine for the night just don't expect to do anything more than wash your hands or brush your teeth in the tiny bathroom sink. Overall, fine room for an overnight stay, if you're there for more time maybe see if they have a room with a larger bathroom. If I ever make it back to New Zealand and am heading to Mt. Ruapehu, I'll stay here."
