The staff never came and cleaned our room in 4 days despite us leaving the please clean room sign on the door every day. We had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. We booked a room for 3 but towels were only provided for two. The shampoo and conditioner were almost empty and as no one ever came to refill them we had to go buy our own which wasn’t a huge deal but inconvenient. The shower did not drain well and was on the bring of overflowing after 5 minutes of showering."
